Women's Bootcamp Series

Over two immersive days, women from across industries came together to learn and act.
 

Our Leadership Bootcamp for Women in Innovation was designed for those navigating corporate roles, exploring entrepreneurship, or seeking to take more control of their careers.

From the moment the doors opened, the room filled with energy, curiosity, and purpose. Participants explored everything from entrepreneurial mindset and market research to product development, financial planning, and pitch storytelling, guided by an inspiring lineup of mentors, facilitators, and speakers.

Day 1 laid the foundation:

• How to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset

• Reconnecting with purpose and energy through holistic wellbeing

• Understanding the market, identifying real opportunities, and crafting value

• Ending with a powerful panel on identity, leadership, and navigating business as women

Day 2 moved ideas into strategy:

• Setting goals, building scalable products, and planning finances

• Exploring brand and marketing strategy with a real-world lens

• Gaining personalised mentorship in small groups

• Closing with a pitch session that saw ideas evolve, sharpen, and land with impact

Throughout the bootcamp, what stood out most was the shift in confidence. Participants didn’t just leave with tools — they left with clarity, direction, and a network of support.
